Martin Luther King Breakfast sponsored by West Southern Pines Civic Club

Robin attended the Martin Luther King breakfast hosted by the West Southern Pines Civic Club on Saturday, January 14. The event was held at Brownson Memorial Church in Southern Pines. Reverand Dr. Paul Murphy received the Legacy Leader Award from the group for his work in the community and beyond. Mitch Capel was the emcee and shared poetry and stories about the work of Martin Luther King and the community.
